Carol City Branch Manager, Customer Services Shavone Watson received the following commendatory letter about Letter Carrier Howard Lewis (above). His customers wrote:

"Mail Carrier Howard Lewis has provided exceptional prompt, reliable, and efficient services in our community. When he is working in our neighborhood, he always surpasses our expectations. He's always friendly, never on the phone, always alert, never distracted. He is a true professional."

Watson reports that her employees "wow her" every day. She says that her employees will do anything --- going above and beyond --- for recognition. Prior to his retirement, Hector Rivera donated a "Wow Award" trophy to Irons to recognize deserving employees.
