Acting Plant Manager Don Shandor (pictured far right) is proud of his Automated Parcel and Bundle Sorter (APBS) Team at the Miami Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC).
Shandor reports his team has been a significant contributor to the improvement in Priority Mail scores in the district in the last few months. With only three consoles, this team attained a throughput of over 5,300 pieces per hour. Their outstanding performance is reflected in their new name --- the "APBS Superheroes!"
"Achieving amazing throughputs have been the key for processing and dispatching packages on time," Shandor said.
