The U.S. Postal Service has won the People’s Choice Stevie Award for Favorite Customer Service in the category of Public Services and Education. The Stevie Awards were created in 2002 to generate public recognition for the efforts, accomplishments and positive contributions of companies and business people worldwide. This was the first Stevie Awards competition in which the general public voted for their favorite customer service providers. More than 87,000 votes were cast during the competition.
