Lock Out to LinkIn Sites

Russian hackers released a list of passwords this week, and on Wednesday security researchers identified the likely source as LinkedIn sites.  The 6.5 million leaked passwords, camouflaged with a common cryptographic code called SHA-1 hash, were posted Monday on a Russian online forum.  It's a format that's considered weak, if added precautions aren't taken.  Roughly half of the "hashed" passwords already have been decoded and posted online in human-readable text.
If you use LinkedIn, it's recommended that for your own protection, you immediately change your password.
