Esposito started his career as a clerk in New Hyde Park, NY, in 1986. He then became a Letter Carrier and then promoted to Supervisor, Customer Services,  Floral Park, NY. He worked as A/Manager, Customer Services, Steinway Station, Long Island City, NY, and was promoted to Manager, Customer Services, Bellerose Jamaica, NY.

In 2007, Esposito transferred to Vero Beach, FL, and became Manager, Customer Services, Vero Beach, FL, Main Post Office.
