Celebrating a 100% RCE in Miami


Miami Ludlam Branch celebrates another Gold Star Award in recognition of Sales and Services Associate Yanes Legra's perfect Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transaction in November. Manager, Customer Services Vicente Perez-Melendez (not pictured) showed his appreciation for a job well done with a luncheon for all Sales and Services Associates at this branch.
