Manager, Financial Programs Compliance Michelle Bullard has earned her Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification for a project that required her analysis of custodial work hours.
Lean Six Sigma is a combination of two popular Continuous Improvement methods --- Lean and Six Sigma --- that pave the way for operational excellence. These time-tested approaches provide organizations, including the U.S. Postal Service, with a clear path to achieving their missions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
