Acting District Manager Sal Vacca (left) and Manager, Human Resources Tammy Deutsch (right) presented Miami Learning Development and Diversity Specialist Coleen Lovin (center) with a Service Award. Lovin, who has retirement plans the end of this year, has remained accident-free throughout her 34-year career.
