Kendall Letter Carrier James Blake took an authorized break from his appointed rounds to visit with children at Three C's Preschool in Palmetto Bay. This was a very special free "carrier pickup." James picked up 500 Santa letters written by every child in the school and made sure that they were delivered to the Miami Plant for processing to the North Pole.
Children line up in the school auditorium to personally hand their Santa correspondence to Kendall Letter Carrier James Blake. They were fascinated with the story of how mail gets processed and delivered, especially during the holiday season. (And if they only knew ... they'd appreciate Rose Castro for personally assisting Santa with his responses so that he could concentrate on toy production at the North Pole.)
