The U.S. Postal Service is conducting the Postal Pulse survey through Friday, March 11.
The Postal Pulse is designed to help USPS improve its workplace environments and engagement, which describes employees’ involvement, enthusiasm and positive contributions to the organization.
The survey has 13 questions and takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.
Postal Career Executive Services (PCES) and Executive and Administrative Schedule (EAS) employees will receive an email from the Gallup organization, which conducts the survey for USPS. The email will contain a link to an online version of the survey.
All other employees will receive the survey at their mailing address of record.
These employees should bring the survey to work and complete it on the clock at an agreed upon time with supervisors. Employees should follow instructions for returning the completed surveys to Gallup.
More information is available on the Postal Pulse Blue page.
