Haverhill Customer Thanks Black For His 'Efficiency, Professionalism'

A customer recognized Haverhill Postal Support Employee (PSE) Brandon Black for his outstanding customer service with a commendatory letter.

The customer stated: “Mr. Black was extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous and responded to my questions in a very knowledgeable manner. He also exhibited a very high level of efficiency and professionalism. It was a pleasure having dealt with him.”

Black said that he was excited when he learned about the letter acknowledging his outstanding customer service.

“I will continue to provide the best customer service to my customers,” said Black.
