Recently, West Palm Beach Officer In Charge (OIC) Joe Molfetto presented Riviera Beach Manager, Customer Services Lori Giordano with her 30-year Service Award and Pin. He also encouraged her to continue to "deliver the brand."
Giordano started her postal
career as a Part-Time Flex Letter Carrier in Lake Worth. In 1997,
Giordano served as the Activation Coordinator for the opening of the Greenacres Branch, and in 1988, was promoted to
Supervisor, Branch Operations in Lake Worth. In 2013, Giordano was the
Postmaster in Acworth, GA when USPS Headquarters and the
National Rural Letter Carriers Association selected her office as the pilot site for changes to rural standards.
During her career, Giordano held many other managerial positions in Atlanta, GA, and in Phoenix, AZ, as well as in the Suncoast District. She returned to South Florida as the
A/Manager, Customer Services in Palm Beach Gardens.
