District Manager Timothy Costello received the following commendatory letter praising his Administrative Assistant, Carolina Wilson (above):

We had a problem with a Priority mailing. It was
mailed on April 8, 2019 and then finally delivered on April 24.
You should know that Carolina is an employee who in every way exceeds expectations. She was patient, understood our confers, quick to act and solve the problem. This means that I will get my hearing aid repaired and my hearing restored to normal. Carolina is the kind of employee the U.S. Postal Service should be seeking to employ, advance, and reward. She is exemplary.
