Miami’s
West Carrier Annex employees had manually processed between 20,000 and 35,000
mailpieces daily between January and March 2015. On April 21, Manager,
Customer Service Operations Rosalyn Bell-Mosley, Manager, Customer Service
Operations Marcia Pedraza, Manager, Customer Services Joel Marc, and
Supervisor, Customer Services Susy Ramos recognized employees for going “above
and beyond in handling the anomaly of parcel volume by scanning, distributing,
and/or delivering.” Managers thanked employees for their hard work and
dedication in providing the best customer service.
