Johnson collects an income tax envelope from a customer on April 15. This is Johnson's 10th year assisting customers who appreciate the
convenience of the drive-through collection in the Miami General Mail
Facility parking lot. Johnson, a mail handler at the Miami Processing and
Distribution Center, says the drive-through helps build the brand as customers
show their confidence in the U.S. Postal Service.
