Michelle Bullard
In 1985, Bullard started in the Postal Service as a casual during college breaks until she attained regular status as a Multi-Position Letter Sorting Machine (MPLSM) Operator six years later. After 10 years, Bullard transferred to become a City Letter Carrier in Boynton Beach. While a Letter Carrier, Bullard also was the Address Management Systems (AMS) Technician and Growth Coordinator for Boynton Beach for five years.
Bullard’s outstanding work performance and desire for upward mobility led to a two-year detail assignment as Secretary for the Manager, Post Office Operations (MPOO), Area 6. She then was promoted to Operations Support Specialist and then was assigned to the Operations Programs Support Team in the District Office. After three years, Bullard accepted a detail as Operations Support Specialist at the West Palm Beach Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC). Also during this time, Bullard acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
Bullard continued to pursue higher-level assignments and was promoted to Manager, Maintenance Operations Support at the West Palm Beach P&DC. She also was detailed as A/Manager, Financial Programs Compliance, South Florida District, and Officer In Charge, Jensen Beach.
