Michael Vecchitto
Michael Vecchitto, Manager, Post Office Operations in the Capital District, has been promoted to Manager, Operations Programs Support in the South Florida District.
Vecchitto, a 25-year postal veteran, began his career as a City Letter Carrier in Connecticut. In 1998, he entered the managerial ranks as a supervisor in Boca Raton, FL. During his career, Vecchitto has held various management positions in Delivery Operations, and has served as Postmaster in Boynton Beach, Jupiter and Lake Worth, FL.
A Corporate Succession Plan (CSP) candidate, Vecchitto is a Management Leadership Program (MLP) graduate with Green Belt certification.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
