The District Safety Team is visiting Post Offices to help employees "beat the heat."
At the Martin Luther King, Jr. Branch, Plant Safety Specialist John Zeigler (above, left) conducted a safety talk on the importance of staying hydrated. Then Zeigler asked Letter Carrier/Safety Ambassador Terry Clark (above, right) to help distribute Gatorade to his coworkers.
Zeigler also took the opportunity to deliver a safety talk on the prevention of runaway/rollaway vehicles.
