A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey reveals 89 percent of adults say it’s “likely” there will be a need for USPS in 10 years, including 64 percent who say it’s “very likely.” Only 8 percent believe it’s “not very” or “not at all likely” the Postal Service will be needed by that time.
The poll also revealed 77 percent believe it’s “very important” for communities to have their own Post Office. Another 15 percent say it’s “somewhat important.” Only 8 percent say it’s “not important” for their own communities to have a Post Office.
