Santa
was making his list and checking it twice, making sure there was no Wait Time
In Line (WTIL) at the Brickell Postal Store in Miami. Santa visited the
retail counter to purchase some holiday stamps and was pleased that Sales and
Services Associates Roberto Recio (left) and Alicia Lightbourne (right) were
focused on providing exceptional service to their downtown Miami customers.
