At a recent Postal Service Headquarters ceremony, top performing PCC leaders and groups, including the Broward County PCC and the Miami-Dade County PCC, were honored for their innovation, communication, and dedication to growing the PCC network.

Megan J. Brennan and her senior Executive Leadership Team recognized 27
Leadership Award winners for their outstanding work in the mailing and shipping
industry.
The
Broward County PCC captured the Gold Award in the Membership Excellence category. The Broward County PCC engaged its membership with an
invitation for speakers to talk about their businesses and to help with the
design of the PCC mailpieces. The PCC also focused on retention, by following
up with new members and guests after meetings.
The
Miami-Dade County PCC captured the Bronze Award in the Education Excellence category. During Political mail Season, the PCC created a series
of political mailing seminars for candidates and campaign managers. The PCC
brought in experts from the Marketing Department, including Business Service
Network Representatives, and the Sales Department to ensure customers walked
away with the information needed to have a successful campaign mailing.
