It's Official! WPB P&DC Has New MDO

Jeanette Levy-Mitchell was promoted to Manager, Distribution Operations (MDO) at the West Palm Beach Processing and Distribution Center in January 2018.

Levy-Mitchell started her postal career as a Letter Carrier in Queens, NY, in 1993. Two years later, she transferred to the clerk craft and worked at the Queens Processing and Distribution Center in New York. In 1996, she transferred to Boca Raton as a Senior Mail Processing Clerk and soon became an Acting Supervisor, Distribution Operations.

 

In 2006, she was accepted into the Associate Supervisor Program. For the past 11 years, Levy-Mitchell has worked all three tours at the West Palm Beach Processing and Distribution Center. Levy-Mitchell also served as the Acting MDO before being awarded the position.

 

Levy-Mitchell obtained a degree in Business Administration in Kingston, Jamaica and  always has aspired to be a part of the management team. Levy-Mitchell has a wealth of knowledge of postal operations and continues to be an asset to her team.
