Palm Beach Gardens Carrier Flanagan Retires after 40 Years of Service

West Palm Beach, FL, Officer In Charge (OIC) Robert Weiser recognized Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Letter Carrier Chris Flanagan for 40 years of service. Family and co-workers joined the celebration of this career milestone and retirement. Weiser and Manager, Customer Services Virginia Rhodes thanked Flanagan for his dedication to the Postal Service and wished him well in his retirement.

Flanagan was an active member of the Customer Connect program and the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC).

“What I loved most about the Postal Service is that I got the opportunity to provide a very important service to the American public,” Flanagan said.

Flanagan shared that he will miss his coworkers, but plans to pursue his love for music and travel and spend time with his family. He also plans on remaining an active NALC member.
