Welcome Home, Joseph Molfetto

Molfetto started his career as a Letter Carrier in New York in 1983. In six years, he was promoted to Supervisor, Customer Services, Jamaica, NY. In 1992, he transferred to the Central New Jersey District. During his 32-year career, Molfetto was promoted to several managerial positions of increased responsibility including Postmaster, Plainsboro, NJ, Jupiter, FL; MCSO, Fort Lauderdale, FL; and Manager, Operations Programs Support (MOPS), Capital District.

He also served on many detail assignments including Manager, Delivery Programs, Central Florida District; MCSO, Atlanta, GA; MOPS, Atlanta District; and Manager, Customer Services, Hollywood, FL.

Molfetto is in the Corporate Succession Program (CSP) and has completed the Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) and Managerial Leadership Program (MLP). Recently, he completed Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt training.
