Palms West Supervisor, Customer Services Cheryl Granville was recognized for going the extra mile to assist a customer in locating her mishandled package. The customer stated in a letter to West Palm Beach, FL, Officer In Charge (OIC) Joe Molfetto: “Cheryl went out of her way to try and resolve the missing package mystery. I want to commend her for her diligence and kindness.”
