Fort Lauderdale Lead SSAs Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Fort Lauderdale Postmaster David Guiney (standing) stressed the importance of asking the hazmat question during a presentation to Lead Sales and Services Associates. Managers and Supervisors, Customer Services also attended the presentation. Guiney thanked all for providing outstanding service to their customers and maintaining a safe work environment for employees and customers.  

During the presentation, Fort Lauderdale Manager, Customer Service Operations Gwen Branch (standing) thanked employees for their ongoing dedication and shared the following quote:
