Fort Lauderdale BME Tech to Retire

Kellye Hazlitt reached a career milestone and decided to retire after 30 years of dedicated service. Her last day is tomorrow, July 31.

Throughout her career, Hazlitt took great pride in every position. She diligently sorted mail on the Small Parcel and Bundle Sorter (SPBS) at the Royal Palm Processing and Distribution Center and provided outstanding customer service as a Business Reply Mail/Sales and Services Associate at the Weston Branch and as a Bulk Mail Technician at the Fort Lauderdale Business Mail Solution Center.

Hazlitt's exceptional knowledge of postal products and services, as well as rules and regulations, will be missed. Business Mail Entry Unit Manager Joycelynn King joins Hazlitt's co-workers in wishing her good health and happiness in her retirement.

"Thank you for your years of dedication to the Postal Service and its customers," King said. "May you enjoy your retirement."
