Quarterly Communication in Miami


Miami Postmaster Enrique “Rick” Suarez (above) met with Lead Sales and Services Associates to share information and discuss their accomplishments in Quarter 3, FY18.  Also participating were Manager, Marketing Juan Nadal and Miami Division U.S. Postal Inspectors Luis Soler (below) and Yessenia Vargas.  Nadal introduced a new customer satisfaction measurement, “The Happy or Not Smiley Feedback Program.” Inspector Soler demonstrated how to identify raised and/or altered USPS money orders, and Inspector Vargas shared how to identify potential victims of Jamaican Lottery scams. Photos: Miami Customer Relations Coordinator Mirtha Uriarte
