Congratulating Our NSP Graduates

On July 13, the South Florida Cluster recognized and celebrated the 21 graduates of the New Supervisor Program (NSP), including Farzan Ali, Palm Beach Gardens Branch; Rollo Casiple, Key Largo Post Office; Carl Clemons, Fort Pierce Main Office; Angelo Guerrier, Royal Palm P&DC, Opa-locka; Natalie Heard, West Palm Beach P&DC; Lisa Irons, Opa-locka Post Office; Meguill Johnson, Boynton Beach Main Office; Trinail Knight, Miami P&DC; Carlton Leggett, West Hollywood Hills Branch; Keonne Mason, Miramar Branch; Lorraine McGhee, Miami P&DC; Tanisha Miller, Milam Dairy Branch, Miami; Cheryl Norville, Royal Palm P&DC, Opa-locka; Shahara Patterson, Miami P&DC; Happy Perry, Miramar Branch; Tiffaney Peters, Alridge Station, Fort Lauderdale; Teckraj Poorustom, Haverhill Branch; Christine Ross, Melrose Vista Branch, Fort Lauderdale; Demario Spence, North Miami Branch; Gavaris Swanson, Miami P&DC; and Marvin Thomas, Belle Glade Post Office.

 Manager, Human Resources Jann Miller (since retired) welcomed graduates, guests, mentors, and cluster members to a luncheon in honor of the new supervisors District Manager Timothy Costello gave opening remarks and encouraged graduates to contact his direct reports for support and to seek higher level assignments in their careers. As guest speaker, Pompano Beach Postmaster Mike Vecchitto emphasized the importance of communication, accountability, and flexibility.

Class representatives Rollo Casiple, Shahara Patterson and Gavaris Swanson reflected on their training experience and praised the NSP for providing the tools to success.
