EMVP Recognizes Craft Contributions

Do you know a craft employee who is enthusiastic and is involved and committed to exceptional service towards co-workers and customers?

The U.S. Postal Service wants to recognize bargaining unit employees who demonstrate positivity and who go above and beyond the call of duty for their work and their colleagues.

These individuals will be honored through the Employee Engagement Most Valuable Player (EMVP) Program that helps the Postal Service engage and empower employees. Last year, more than 800 bargaining unit employees nationwide were recognized for their efforts to foster enthusiasm, involvement and commitment in their workplaces.

Each EMVP honoree will receive a lanyard, a pin, and a Certificate of Appreciation.

Only bargaining unit employees can nominate other bargaining unit employees for the program. Nominations are being accepted through January 13. Honorees will be announced in early 2019.

The nomination process is easy! Visit http://blue.usps.gov/hr/emp-engagement/welcome.htm or go to Lite Blue and look under “Employee Engagement.”
