Miami-Dade County PCC Update

Recently, the Miami-Dade County Postal Customer Council (MDCPCC) hosted an educational seminar, “Enterprise Payment System (EPS) and 2019 Mailing Promotions.”

Miami Officer In Charge/MDCPCC Postal Co-Chair Stephen "Steve" Kirkland gave opening remarks and thanked customers for attending the February meeting.

Mailing Standards Specialist Mary Ann Palacios introduced EPS, the new payment processing platform, which was effective April 1. She explained that all eligible Centralized Accounting Processing System (CAPS) accounts were required to migrate to the new system. Senior Sales Executive Helene Diaz shared information on upcoming mailing promotions that would maximize savings for business customers.
