FEOY Deadline Extended to Feb 24

The deadline for submitting nominations for Federal Employee of the Year recognition has been extended to Friday, February 24.

Nominees include employees who consistently have performed above and beyond the call of duty, have demonstrated heroic efforts in a life-threatening situation, or one who generously has volunteered his or her time to benefit others in the community.  The nominations must be based on demonstrated performance between October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. 
  
Categories:  Administrative, Clerical/Administrative Support, Law Enforcement, Management (except Agency Head), Organizational Partnership, Professional, Scientific, Service to the Community, Technical/Informational Technology, Trades and Crafts, and Valor.                   


This is your opportunity to honor co-workers at all levels of the organization.   If you know of anyone you would like to submit, please obtain the FEOY nomination package which is found on the South Florida District (under Human Resources, Learning, Development and Diversity) or simply ask your supervisor or manager for a copy.
