Chapel Lakes: 5 Minutes or Less WTIL

Our customers often tell us that Wait Time In Line (WTIL) helps define their entire experience at the Post Office.  WTIL also helps to determine whether a customer will continue to use postal products and services or go to our competitors.  

Hollywood’s Chapel Lakes Sales and Services Associates truly value their customers’ time.  Congratulations to the team for continuing a trend that began in FY 11 with an overall 100% WTIL score.   Hollywood Postmaster Scott Bower proudly reports that Chapel Lakes SSAs achieved 100% WTIL in Quarter 1, FY 12.  He thanked his employees for providing outstanding service, presenting each with a plaque, along with "Outstanding Performance" certificates signed by District Manager Jeffrey A. Becker.
