Tale of Two Postal Customer Councils

Broward and Miami-Dade Postal Customer Councils joined forces to provide their members and all Full-Service mailers with vital information they will need to prepare for the upcoming postage assessments scheduled to be implemented this year. Headquarters Business Mailer Support Analyst, Brad Lammers conducted an in depth presentation providing the attendees with valuable information they can take back and put to work immediately. Lammers engaged the audience by asking them questions and allowing their responses to determine the direction of the presentation. “He really geared the presentation to each of our needs and answered all of our questions” said David Newell, Director of Business Services at Nova Southeastern University.
