Customers were invited to participate in the recognition of Retail Associate Oscar Carvajal who had earned a perfect score during a recent Retail Customer Experience (RCE).Carvajal received an RCE Certificate, Perfect Score Pin, lanyard for his pin and employee ID badge, and a gift certificate in appreciation of his first-class customer service.

Nadal also recognized Retail Associates William Ciattoni, Berthy Imbert, Arnee Jackson, and Jameia Spencer with a gift card for their excellent service.

Nadal opened the door for all customers as they exited and asked them to take the POS Survey.
