Recently,
Miami Postmaster Enrique “Rick” Suarez (not pictured) thanked Sales and Services Associates Errol Carver (left) and Miguelina Jimenez (right) for providing outstanding
service to their customers. Carver and Jimenez earned a Gold Star Award
for a perfect Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transaction at the Doral Branch.

achievements did not go unnoticed,” said Suarez. “Thank you for all the
excellent customer service you provide.”
