Enrique Suarez, met with all Miami Customer Services Managers before Veterans
Day. He wanted to meet with his direct reports to honor them for their service
in front of their peers. He also encouraged them to honor all the veterans
at each of their units and said, “Thanks to those who have served and those who
continue to serve today, we can sleep peacefully at night. The brave men and
women know the risks, but they accept them in many cases so we don’t have to.”
