For each commemorative stamp issue, the U.S. Postal Service selects a city to host its national First-Day-Of-Issue dedication ceremony. Fort Lauderdale has been selected to host the U.S. Flag Forever stamp dedication.
Employees are invited as an off-the-clock activity.
Guest speakers include Acting District Manager Timothy Costello, American Stamp Dealers Association Executive Director Dana Guyer, and Hollywood Stamp Club President Parker Bailey.
