Miami Branch employees received recognition for achieving First Place in the
Overall Retail Customer Experience category during FY14, Quarter
3. A/Manager, Customer Services Christine Perez organized a breakfast for
all employees to show her appreciation. She also presented Sales Service and
Distribution Clerk Judy Ferguson with a monetary award for outstanding performance.
