The South Miami Branch celebrated its Quarter 3 accomplishments,
including First Place in Retail Customer Experience.
A/Manager, Customer
Services Christine Perez also presented Retail Associate Judy Ferguson with a
$250 Spot Award and Letter Carrier Gloria Bitar with her 25-year Service Award and Service Pin. In honor of
their accomplishments, all employees at South Miami Branch were treated to a
breakfast.

Country Lakes Branch, Supervisor, Customer Services Yasser
Martinez, presented Letter Carrier Burt Mendez and Retail Associate Martin
Matarran with their 25-year Service Awards and Service Pins. A/Manager,
Customer Service Operations Manny Molina presented Letter Carrier Emilio
Iglesias a $250 Spot Award.
“Emilio has a very positive attitude towards his
position and is a true team player,” said A/Manager, Customer Services Vicente
Perez-Melendez. All employees were treated to breakfast for having no OSHA
violations in Quarter 3.
