What is the Point of Sale (POS) Survey?

The U.S. Postal Service is looking to increase revenue and overall customer retention and satisfaction, but the idea of a survey often is overlooked. The survey data let's us know about customer preferences. This information also can help us adapt strategies to be more successful.
