Why the POS Survey?


Sunrise Branch Sales and Services/Distribution Associate Makida Peden (above) knows the most important part of her job is ensuring each customer has a good experience.

She also knows it’s important to get feedback from the people she serves.

This is why Peden encourages customers to complete the Point-Of-Sale (POS) survey at the bottom of each receipt. The surveys provide the U.S. Postal Service with useful data that helps the organization measure satisfaction and retain customers, two key drivers of revenue growth.
 
Peden, a postal employee for three years, explains the importance of the survey to her customers and thanks them for taking a few minutes to complete it.
