Recently the Miami-Dade County Postal Customer Council (MDCPCC) presented workshops that informed members how postal products and services could assist them in saving money. Workshop topics included:
- How to use Direct Mail in today's economy
- Online shipping and package options for the holidays
- Benefits of a Mailing tune up
Manager, Post Office Operations/MDCPCC USPS Vice-Chair Raymond Oberle gave an overview of the Postal Service's current financial conditions and "Action Plan for the Future." Florida Power and Light Billing Supervisor/MDCPCC Industry Co-Chair encouraged the membership to take advantage of a mailing tune up as part of their budget plan.
The Postal Service is basic to the growth and success of all businesses. Miami-Dade County PCC members enjoy the opportunity to network and share best practices with South Florida business mailers and postal managers. PCC membership is a way to meet local mailers face to face in a friendly, informal setting to discuss mailing issues, address mailing needs, and learn more about postal products and services.
