Seeking YOUR Awards Engagement

Do you know the most engaging postal leader in the South Florida District? The U.S. Postal Service is looking for those leaders who are most involved in, enthusiastic about, and committed to, creating a more engaging workplace. Nominees must be an EAS or PCES employee in a leadership position with direct reports within any functional area.

Employee engagement is a top priority for the organization. With this annual recognition, the U.S. Postal Service honors individuals who demonstrate, through their actions and initiatives, their commitment to fostering a more engaging workplace. The questions below  can assist you in developing your responses on the nomination form:

ü In what ways does this individual’s leadership increase employee engagement?
ü What actions, activities, or initiatives does this leader take to foster a more engaging environment for employees?
ü Is this leader knowledgeable about their work unit’s Postal Pulse Engagement results? What types of activities has this leader set for its work unit and what methods are in place to follow through on attaining those goals?
ü What specific improvements has the leader made that can greatly impact the U.S. Postal Service?
