'Starr' Brightly Shines in WPB


West Palm Beach Letter Carrier Starr Hunter (center) was honored as the Palm Beach County Volunteer of the Year at the Feeding South Florida 2nd Annual Happy Harvest Breakfast. Members of the Feeding South Florida Board of Directors, elected officials, as well as other community partners attended this event. Feeding South Florida thanked Hunter for her dedication with the annual Letter Carrier “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive which help put food on the table for over 784,000 South Floridians.

"We are honored to have Starr in our postal family,” said West Palm Beach, FL, Officer In Charge Robert Weiser. “She truly has a passion for helping others, and we count on her every year to lead a successful food drive.”
