Fort Lauderdale City Carrier Assistants were pleased with their conversion to regular status this month. From left, Wilter Sirin (Fort Lauderdale Main Office Carrier Annex), Bianca Jackson (Inverrary Branch), Vilma Sama (Weston Branch), and James Everett (Tamarac Branch). These employees had waited over two years to become career employees.
“It was a long ride,
and I enjoyed every moment,” said Sirin.
“Today is the best day of my
life. I worked extremely hard to get to this moment,” said Jackson.
“I am so happy,” said Sama.
“I am happy to become a
regular,” said Everett.
