USPS is Hiring CCAs in Key West

Do you have family, friends or neighbors who may be interested in delivering mail in Key West for $16.78 per hour?
The U.S. Postal Service will be accepting online applications for City Carrier Assistant (CCA) temporary positions in Key West now through Friday, April 13. Help spread the word! Ask individuals to apply online at www.usps.com/careers under the “Search Open Jobs” section.

A City Carrier Assistant delivers and collects mail on foot or by vehicle under varying road and weather conditions in a prescribed area and must maintain professional and effective public relations with customers and others. Employment will include variable work hours and work days, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. Start time is flexible and successful applicants must be available when called to report to work.

The position is a non-career appointment, with limited benefits, but can lead to a rewarding career path position with the full benefits of a federal employee. Limited benefits for these positions include paid vacation days, contractual pay raises, and eligibility to enroll in the USPS Non-Career Employee Health Benefits Plan.
Applicants must have a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record. Applicants also will need a valid email address to receive communication on examinations, interviews and background checks.

Note: Current employees are ineligible.
