District for Retail Customer Experience and City Delivery
Pivoting Opportunity Model (CDPOM)
Performance for Level 22 offices.
North Ridge Annex employees also were
recognized for excellent performance in Quarter 3. Employees achieved First Place in the South
Florida District for Customer Service Staffing Opportunity Model (CSSOM) Performance for Level 19 offices.
