Southside SSA Earns 100% RCE


Southside Station Manager, Customer Services Millicent Munroe-Tomlinson (left) and Fort Lauderdale A/Manager, Customer Service Operations Dawn Hutson (right) congratulated Sales and Services Associate Verna Jones (center) for achieving a 100% score on a recent Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transaction.
