Who's Your Engagement MVP?

If you’re a bargaining unit employee and have a colleague in your workplace who is positive and passionate about his or her work, USPS wants to hear from you.

The organization is seeking nominations for its Engagement Most Valuable Player (EMVP) program, which recognizes bargaining employees who foster enthusiasm, involvement and commitment in their workplaces.

“The EMVP program is about peer-to-peer recognition,” said Employee Engagement Executive Director Kelvin Williams. “Our goal is to provide bargaining employees with an opportunity to recognize their fellow bargaining employees.”

Bargaining employees can nominate a peer in their work group by completing a nomination form on LiteBlue. Nominations will be reviewed by local managers, who will provide concurrence on the final selections.

The deadline for nominations is February 15.
